Information you choose to share

The enquiry form asks for your name, business email, company, service interest and a description of your business problem. When you submit the form, these details are sent to our server and passed to Resend for email delivery to contact@djdigitalventure.com. Your email address is included as the Reply-To address so our team can respond. The form does not open a draft in your email application.

How enquiries are used

Information you send is used to review your request, respond to you and discuss potential services. Only include information necessary to explain your project. Do not send passwords, payment details or confidential customer records.

Website services

The hosting platform and services used to deliver the website may process technical request information. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information associated with those requests. This website uses Google Analytics 4 to help us understand how visitors use the site. We have not added advertising trackers.

Google Analytics may use cookies and process technical and usage information, such as pages visited, browser and device information, and website interactions. The hosting platform may also use cookies or similar technologies for access and security. The enquiry form uses a short-lived secure session cookie to support submission and help prevent duplicate requests.

Email communication and retention

Submitted enquiry details are processed by Resend and our business email service. For the Contact page form, our application database stores limited technical records for session handling, abuse prevention and duplicate-submission protection, but does not store your enquiry text, name or email address. These technical records expire and are cleaned up on subsequent form requests. No fixed email-retention period is stated here; contact us to ask about information you have sent and its retention. Project-specific handling requirements should be agreed separately.

AI Project Consultant

With your consent, your consultation messages and structured discovery state are sent to OpenAI to prepare a project report and stored in our server-side database. The consultant uses a secure session cookie and provides two hours of session access. It separates customer-stated information, possible interpretations and unanswered questions. Please review the report before choosing whether to send it.

Sending a report requires separate confirmation of the report and your contact details. The report is passed to Resend for delivery to our team, with your validated email address as Reply-To. A pending submission contains the report and contact details so an uncertain submission can be checked or retried consistently. Its stored payload is cleared when provider acceptance has been recorded successfully. Acceptance does not by itself confirm inbox delivery.

Session records become eligible for deletion after two hours; submission records, including any remaining pending report payload, after 48 hours. Cleanup currently runs on subsequent consultant requests, so these are expiry periods, not guaranteed deletion deadlines. Records may remain longer when no further request occurs or cleanup fails. Provider and mailbox retention is separate. The consultant does not send conversation text or contact details to Google Analytics. Contact us with questions about stored consultation information.

You can contact us to ask about information you have sent or to request correction or deletion. We will review your request and explain any information that needs to be retained for an ongoing engagement or applicable obligations.
